210 brake lining wear indicator

Just the front I think. Have a look at the rear calipers through the wheel. They are visable.

Had all the wheels off today to swap them around so had a good look at the brakes. It appears that there is no wear indicator on the rear.
At the front, it looks like the wear indicator only connects to the inboard pad. Is that correct?
Also, was surprised to see that only one of the four front pads is very thin (almost non-existent)
. The other three pads still have about 5mm left on them. I wonder why that is.
