211 E280, couple of problemsi g

Hi guys!

I have an S211 E280 facelift that i have some problems with.

1: The lock on the automatic trunkdoor have some issues sometimes. When i open the trunk, i hear a weird sound from the lock, almost that is going in lock again, so when i close the door on the button, the door goes all the way down and try to close, but it will not close the door, and the door came up again.

2: When i start the car, i can't turn on the heater in the front seats. If i wait 2-3 minutes i can turn it on, but it always start with one light, then two, and then three lights in the button. I hear it says click in the relay under the passenger seat.

3: Got an fault code (star) on the in-car temperature sensor. The heater in the car doesn't work well. At max temp it work normally, but if the temp is set to 23 degrees and i start the car, the fan goes for full, and blow only (most) cold air when it's in auto.

The fault code says:
Motor N70m1 (in-car temperature sensor fan motor) does not run.

Someone that have some answers to this problems?

1. New rear door lock required. Do it soon as the lock can fail with it shut.
2. Its because the battery voltage is low probably
3. Temp sensor fan in the overhead panel (IIRC) has failed.

Is there a sensor in the overhead panel? Not only beside the ignition? Is it possible to just change the sensor in overhead panel?

I cant recall of the top of my head. Remove the panel and see if it has its own part number.
