211 seat colour codes

I have the blue/black interior on my e55 which has a colour code of 252a on the datacard. But this is just the blue colour not the black.
My c55 has the same black colour (visually) and that has a code of 841a. Howevere I can't find anything to confirm this on the e55 data.
Can anyone confirm what the black colour is?

Trim colour codes are only available through EPC with VIN input

That's annoying. Equally I hoped someone may have been here already and found out.
Who has access to epc?

Kent says 252A is anthracite and blue if that helps.

Many forum members have EPC access, just post up your VIN and I or others will tell you the 9nnn code for trim parts.

Thanks. Anthracite and blue and blue is correct. I suppose it depends if there are different shades of anthracite.

is this different to a vin decode?

A VIN decode gives the build spec of the car.
What you're after is an EPC search on the trim option code which IIRC is prefixed with a P.
Codes suffixed by an A are paint codes.
Unfortunately I no longer have access to EPC

My copy of EPC gives it as 'Dark Mineral' with an ES2 code of 6C37.

E.g Drivers seat cover is A 211 910 54 46 6C37, item has a footnote 914 - valid for leather blue 252A
