220cdi power loss around 2000rpm

hi if someone could give me some info would be great
sometimes a have some power loss around 2000rpm i can here the turbo whisle then when it gets to 2000rpm it sounds like the turbo cuts out which is giving me power loss but the power comes back on around 2400rpm
i have change airflow meter a service and cleaned egr valve and its bugging me now

To save you time and money get it plugged into a Star. Independents and main dealers have them. Guessing will cost you ££
