220cdi w204 got the shakes

car is idling rough and running crap ,l had the 220cdi on a star with no codes showing....so drained the fuel as may be dirty diesel... also no dpf fitted, so that's out . any ideas ?

Injector maybe? Have you tried injector cleaner?.

yeah ran a bottle through the tank...settled a little then returned to poor idle the next day...

Is there any air getting into fuel? Can normally see if there is through clear pipe.

It needs all the actual values going through and checking.

First one i would check in there would be smooth running as this gives you the readings of the injectors and you can then see if there is an injector down.
