Hi
Its with huge regret i'm thinking of selling my 280SL. We are going to be building a house next year and the SL just isnt going to fit into our plans well, and of course some extra money will come in handy, so I'm open to sensible offers on it.
It will come with a brand new 12 months MOT, hard top.
1985 model. automatic, cruise control, ABS, 180,000 miles, cream leather with signal red paintwork. good soft top, good hard top, 1986 facelift enhancements, its admired wherever it goes and looks stunning. It has some very minor rust bubbles in a couple of places. lots of history files with the car. serviced up to about 130k by MB dealers and then independents and when i got it around 170k i've been caring for it myself, giving it everything it needs without hesitation.
Info on the car and just some of the work that has been carried out on it is here:

PM me if seriously interested. I'm in no rush to sell the car so please no silly offers.
thanks
Derek
