2X e300ds, how do people view them?

Same year, same colour, (I think, which I do happen to like.)

1st one, relatively low miles, from a dealer who claims to have got it from a father/son combo;

2nd one, much higher miles but being sold by someone who claims to have owned it almost from new;

I'd be interested to hear how people think they compare?

Well the first one is a better buy,I like the colour as well,no mention of a MOT but as a trader I suspect he will get a years ticket on it.
