3 pointed star on w204 bonnet

Hi All,

I would like to replace the flat bonnet badge on my 2010 C class with a proper upright 3 pointed star as on the E class. Is there a part that fits, its easy enough to get the badge off but the bases on the stars I have seen are different diameters.

No idea about a replacement but removing yours is very easy. Open bonnet, look through hole beneath bonnet badge, push 2 prongs inwards to compress spring, badge pops out.
Takes all of 30 seconds.

The Elegance and Avantgarde came with a 3 pointed star, I have one on order and as long as it fits I will post the part number...............

Well I have got one that is the perfect fit, A2218800086 from ebay at £40. See what you mean about the elegance grill, I now have two 3 pointed stars one above the other. Oh well will leave it for a while and may change it back if i get bored!!!
