3000 rpm

As the title suggests, to-day my car has decided not to rev above 3000. Kick down is not available.

No messages have been displayed nor malfunctions noted.

What's wrong??

I had this on another car and it was the lambda sensor - not sure if this helps?

I would say the maf has failed on it

Aye, MAF or lambda or maybe throttle position? - something on the "how much of everything do I have?" side.

Update: Its been on Star and yes... MAF.

I have the same problem!

Would you be able to tell us the actual readings on the STAR machine for the MAF sensor?

(Mine works, BUT not sure if the readings are right! 8g on idle, & around approx 40g whilst driving)
