Threshers have been at this for years.
The sell bottles of wine at top whack then offer 3 for 2 which brings it down to about the same as the supermarkets.
If 40% off is not 3 for 2 as well then instead of getting about 33% off a very full price you are getting 40% off.
A fairer way of doing business as sometimes I only want 1 bottle.

This is wine for goodness sake not Dettol. Or maybe I have got it completely wrong. Anybody who sells food products in this way is either selling commodisied rubbish or his customers don't care about what they eat or drink as long as it's cheap.
