Hi all sorry for late reply to all suggestions.. the problem aint fixed.. after spending hundreds of hours on the rebuild then had to take a brekae.. and went and bought a 2004 bi turbo v12 CL600
Been bit busy enjoying that so kind of parked the 500SEC for a bit.
I changed the fuel distributor.. had old 560 engine so nicked the FD from that and put on mine.. that one was probable bad as the idle went bad.. misfiiring and vibrating but the top end got much better but still not fixed...
now am dealing with coil problems with my CL600 but must say that car is probably the best toy I ever had.. did the Renntech upgrade on ECU and TCU.. should be 635hp now.. certainly feels like that....
will work on the SEC once my patience will return..
