Very much doubt it's an AMG car.It was on auction not long ago but the price did not get anywhere near the 30k

if you translate the spiel and my german is not what it used to be it does seem to indicate conversion work but as Dash says the conversion work may not be AMG. I'm sure it is quite something to drive.

The German text clearly states the car had the 6.0l engine upgrade done at Aafalterbach by AMG in 1992 with an invoice for the work.
