Shagtastic! Great interior condition.

Velour was for years far more luxurious than leather, a cheap and hardwearing material used for the chauffeur's seat.

I think the colour saturation in the photo is likely to be wrong and the actual colour is more of a maroon or ox blood red.

The velour interior was actually a high end option back then and in more extreme climates than ours (both hot and cold) is a better option than leather.

Someone has been trying to sell that car for ages. Having said that I used to own a near mint smoke silver w126 and it was a real beauty even if I say so myself.

I'm seriously thinking about a 126 and love this one.
The kids'd write that interior off in about five minutes, wouldn't look so good with a few chocolate buttons adorning it.

it may have been an expensive option in its day but leather has passed the test of time, its durable (choc buttons just wipe off!!!!!) and it looks 1000 times better than Velour.
