Pack of 4 NGK LFR7AIX Spark plugs for sale

Suit 55k engined cars and are the 1 grade cooler alternative to the OEM NGK ILFR6A plugs.

£20 + £3.95 pp

Would these be right for my car?

Just seen this now as just joined the site.

As I have been UK Product Manager at NGK for the last 10 years, I think I may be able to advise on some alternatives.

ILFR6A are the standard plugs as you may all know. These feature Iridium on the centre electrode and Platinum on the earth electrode. So they are known as double precious metal plugs. The LFR7AIX is from the 'IX' range of upgrade plugs but these only have Iridium centre electrode and not platinum on the earth. If you want a like for like plug that has the same long life, you should be using ILFR7H. The difference here is that ILFR7H has a 0.6mm gap instead of the 0.8mm of the standard plug. This is not so much of an issue as it can be re gapped and some cars may run better on a smaller gap once boost pressures are increased and ignition components are getting old :)

Thanks

Still for sale. Colder plugs for the 55k engined cars. Correct gap size so need need to regap.

Box of 4, you will need 16. A box of 4 of these are at least £30 anywhere else.
