5th time at MB Direct & still no proper work.

I had a theft attempt of my car last month. The car went to MB direct in manchester and they said they changed the door, used the old door card and all the works. I have since gone to them 5 times since 5th march and still have the same problem. When it rains, I find water dripping from the tiny 2-3mm space between the door card and the metal (of the door) and it drops on the Foot sill (Mercedes printed foot sill). This never happened before the breakin and now it does. I took the car to mercedes and they first said that they would put more silicon on the door membrane. Still no luck, 2nd time they said that the silicon had a hole so the water passed thru it, well this time they changed the membrane, 3rd time again silicon, 4th and 5th time they changed the membrane again ----- Well thats what they say, I havent seen anything visually, but I still have the same water dripping inn...

Can you tell me what can i do now about this and Im sure that this will cause rust inside the door.

Try a different dealer perhaps?

Silicone? I'd ask him to show me that silicone tube, then insert it where the sun doesn't shine to motivate him a bit better .

Seriously, if the situation is as you say, go to another dealer, get it fixed properly. Then go to small claims court to get your money back. At the same time, write to MB UK to tell them about your experience.
