when driving my w203 cdi it seems to go into a fault mode if driving at a constant speed, around 60 - 70 mph only way to reset it is to stop and switvh it off,,
ive changed the maf and the throttle pedal

It may help others to help you if you gave more details such as the engine version, mileage etc but you really need to get the car connected to a STAR diagnostic system to read any fault codes otherwise you will just keep replacing parts randomly and waste money.
 
I had a similar problem, but it happened at all speeds, just very poor acceleration, I think it was limp mode or something, after the mechanic looked at the codes, all he thought needed doing was an EGR clean and that seems to have fixed it.
