64 bit to 32 bit??

Im having problems with updating my road angel from a new laptop with windows 7. After a phone call to black spot it seems my road angel is'nt compatible with a 64 bit pc it needs to be 32 bit.......so she tries to sell me the latest road angel instead

Is there an easy way to change it to 32bit while I update it?

You could run a 32 bit virtual machine or even easier just set the application to run in Windows xp mode.

Thanks Spike but it still wont work I tried XP and Vista including all the service packs.

Looking like im going to have to update it every couple of weeks at work.
