Not got enough balls to pull over though and discuss it like a man. *****.

Hmm...I'd like more info.... but in my experience anyone on the receiving end of a brake check is travelling too close and usually something something has hapoened before that point...if not you would not care....so what happened before the brake check to make that happen. Not saying you were in the wrong... I've no idea..... but two sides to every story and all that.

Well. Innocently travelling round a roundabout in the work van and knob in the E53 despite seeing me decides to pull out in front of me and tried to wheelspin off. As he was at a tight angle I think his TC kicked in and he ended up looking like a lemon at a pi££ed angle on the roundabout causing me to do a emergency stop so quite rightly I tooted him. I follow him on to the slip road of the motorway. He speeds up and then lets off a bit so I knew straight away what he was going to do so didn't get too close. 3 times he did it.

From my angle I could see that he had a woman in the passenger seat. Somewhat ironically the bit of motorway we pulled onto was a 50 mph average speed and despite pulling away a bit from me he kept to the 50 mph so definitely not a stolen car. He couldn't give a £uck about putting his woman at risk but did care about the average speed camera, go figure !!!

Let's hope the £unt is on here so he can give his side .......

Well, I was Innocently pulling out on roundabout in the E53 and despite seeing me this knob in a Works Van decides NOT to let me pull out in front of him despite me trying to Impress the New Bird and having a Better Mode of Transport!

I do this all day every day and normally get away with it, so I don't see what his Problem was! :p

Our vans have 3 Cameras and 2 live monitored black boxes. In any emergency brake or bump situation a marker is sent to the independent big brother overseers and the 2 minutes of driving before and after are viewed and the appropriate action is followed up, be it reporting to the Police or disciplinary measures. So as I did absolutely nothing wrong, bring it on.

Under GDP, E53 knob is actually allowed to put a request to my Company to view the footage, which would be fun.

The Camera footage actually saved me once at a pre-disciplinary when a aggressive pedestrian put a complaint in about my driving once.

Lets hope they decide to take action and give him what he deserves! ;)
