722.6 adaption values reset (without STAR)

Having just swapped cars for the day with my wife, she reports back that gear changes on my car (S203) are much smoother than on her car (CL203). Both cars have the OM646 engine.

I seem to recall that you can do a manual reset of the adaption values, on the 722.6 box and there's some document to guide you through, which was featured on a post on this forum (but I can't find it).

Can anybody point me in the right direction please?

Are you sure that the ATF level is correct, also, when was it last changed?

^ That resets the accelerator, not the gearbox.

Autobox adaptions can only be reset using STAR
