722.6 oil capacity

I'll be opening my transmission to replace the lockup/pwm solenoid. How much oil will I need to replace what will come out? The oil was changed about 10,000km ago so I'm not looking to do a complete flush.
Some places say 3-4 liters, others 6-7..

3-4l should do it if you are just emptying the sump

I'll be removing the valve body and conductor plate as well but from all the videos I've seen, there shouldn't be any additional oil (or at least more than a few hunder mls) behind them. Right?

Looking at olly's thread (ruined by PB!), about 3.5l from the plug and small amount lift in the pan. I would say 4l will do it

Then check it with a dipstick in the prescribed manner.

All oil to replace it needs 7 L .Of only sump oil 4L. (This is for 5 speed)
