I have the WIS software but it doen'y have much info on the transmission.
Does anybody have a free download link where I can download a workshop manual for the 722.6 auto transmission?

I think this might be it, one of many I saved a few months ago, but can't confirm as it's currently not playing ball. If not, suggest a trawl of the scribd site.

The one I'm thinking of certainly was- downside was it seemed to be a huge scan with no embedded indexing.

Fraid not- it appears that minimum cost would be $9 for download access for a day see here Scribd I have to say I am unaware of any other document like this available free on line .

there is also the option of a free download if you upload a suitable document in exchange.
I have not used this service personally but you can simply scroll through the document or use the HTML INDEX -just click on the page no and use a little screen capture program to copy any section of interest?? e.g.
