7g shudder/judder

hi,

I have a 2011 w221 S350cdi blutec.

The transmission has no fault codes but when cold surges/pushes into second gear. Sometimes this turns into a jerk when upto to temperature.

Also, downshifts, most noticeable 5th to 4th for example slight incline under load at about 1100rpm as the car decides to shift down to 4th there is a momentary shake/shudder/judder as maybe the clutch engages into 4th gear. This feeling is only there on the downshift and not on the up.

What do we think? Fluid? Solenoid? Speed sensor? - although no codes, torque converter?
