Hi Gary, was wondering (excuse my ignorance), but are the 'shift adaptions' another software update, or a mechanical intervention? The only thing I can find online suggest a combination of both?

By the way, if that's Agnews you went to, the service you got was superb! Obviously they treat a much newer car with the dignity it deserves rather than the indignation I normally get when I turn up in my old rust bucket LOL
