911 Audio install/Upgrade

I met Mark/Rob from Command Online when i visited them at the new shop the other day to discuss my new project, not met either before, apparently I'd just missed Richard....

My Beetle is at this time having a new system installed to replace the PCM2 and the factory Amp... I know there are a few real followers of top end car hifi installs.

So Stage 1 will see the following install, hopefully pick the car up on Wednesday/Thursday next week....

Remove PCM and Amp, strip dash trim and fit an Alpine INAW910R Double Din high end.. all singing and dancing system

Install new JL Audio 5 Channel Amp XD700/5

Stage 2 will be to replace all factory speakers with JL components, hopefully within 6 months, Mark doesnt know this yet!!...

I heard one of these Alpines installed and it was awesome, all the features were very impressive....

Any particular reason for not doing it all at once? Saves repeating some of the strip down when you come to install the speakers and run the wiring to them.
