Mr Higgs said he could not explain how he managed to lose control of his 13-year-old car and smash into the Porsches.

One of the elite cars was a write-off while the other was badly damaged and will need extensive repairs.

Both cars were privately owned and were in the garage for servicing.

Mr Higgs' Fiesta, worth £600, was also a write-off.

Lucky it was just parked cars and not people.

Looks as if he lost throttle control and "ramped up" the back of the first porsche before rolling it over on the second. In this case a bit of a puzzle as is the frontal damage indicating collision with a fairly narrow object such as a bollard ?? :( Broken throttle return spring might fit quite well. Having had this happen once unless you have the presence of mind and the time to turn off the engine +select neutral????????
Had you said two 18 year old scr*ts" had nicked the car and gone joy riding etc insurance statistics would indicate that as a far more likely incident profile:devil: altho not in this case .

Imagine the phone call to the Porsche owners.

Sir 'good news your cars passed the MOT'

Bad new though its a write off............

:(

Being a write off is not true, that can be seen in the pics what is the ages of them
