'96 SL500 ABS/ESP warning lights

I've only used the above a couple of times over the last year or so, and the battery conditioner got accidentally switched off. I started the car with a proper battery booster, and afterwards the ESP and ABS warning lights came on and have remained on since, although I've only tested the car up the road once after the initial start up, and the car drove normally.

I'm away from home, and my friendly indy re a star test. I'm hoping a reset is all that may be required, but assuming that the car brakes ok, is anything likely to fail, or should it be safe to drive?

Sorted. The warning lights have gone out.
