easy to say from a distance, but as the cause was almost total brake failure & he was down to about 70 mph, I would have thought he could have lost most of the speed by an intentional spin - but maybe not

I cant remember what the stopping distance was after the timing beams but id say less than a 1/4 mile.The last few seconds before he hit the bank must of been very scary
