A Class WhiteArt Wheel Cleaning

Hi,
I have seen other threads about the Black A Class wheels, but they are referenced as Matt/Satin finish.
The WhiteArt wheels have a diamond cut front face with gloss black on the inside.
I have had mine since Early September 2017 on a 67 plate and have noticed the wheels looking really dull, where the baked on brake dust is.
I was wondering if there is a safe cleaner for gloss lacquered wheels that will shift it?

You can also use it as a fall-out remover on bodywork too, it works great with a clay bar as it lubes and dissolves particles whist clearing the debris out of the clear coat. It just needs thinning and massaging in by gloved hand first

Finally got around to using this last weekend and its brilliant.
Had tested soon as it arrived on my girlfriends golf and worked wonders on that also.
