id have it, weld the back doors shut, ditch the rear seats, sort the leaks out, touch it up in a garage, whip the knackered engine out, bolt the 2ltr turbo engine in (can be picked up cheap) build a big walled streetbass enclosure int he back

im sure you could get a good sized enclosure in a rover 400 and it is quite wide so you can get a fair amount of cone are on the face
