They are about £30 - £35 and programmable with whatever message you want.

Just search under LED Car Sign and You'll find them, there are more expensive ones from companies that provide rescue equipment but the £30 ones are fine for occasional use.

If you struggle to find them let me know and I'll point you in the right direction
