A new experience

Went to The Orchard Theatre Dartford last night to see Richard Thompson - the world's best but little known guitarist and songwriter IMHO.

20 mins into his set,and part way through a song, the house lights went up and a guy walked on stage to announce that the fire alarm had gone off. Everyone filed out, as you do, and then stood outside whilst we awaited the fire brigade before the alarm could be reset. :bannana:
Once done we all returned and and said Mr Thompson continued the song from exactly where he had stopped previously.

Has never happened to me before - how about anyone else?
