the issue is without a donor car, the wiring would be almost impossible and extremely costly... you need ECU's, looms, ignition anciallaries etc etc..

only really for someone who already has a C36!

Not sure - but i know he offered me the wiring loom off a c36!

Could he have flashed the ECU for the 124? essentially the same engine type

Just like the idea that this dude has a "brand new" old engine on the shelf - he also has some even older, 0km, 300-24v's too.

Using an old seatbelt to lift it out is a nice touch...
