Hi there, and many thanks if you can assist me.
I saw your post yesterday mentioning having used N.B.M. solic's. I need some further advice if I may. I have appointed them for a 2nd home purchase and shortly after that an online search revealed a large number of very unsatisfied customer reviews on a site called "qype". I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued. Recently they claimed not to received the sellers draft contract. The contract had been emailed and all the rest of the ususal paperwork sent by mail. 10 days later they now claim to have got the postal documents but not the email. You mentioned they were slow (twice). Unfortunately I am in a hurry as would like the benefit of my seaside home before the season ends. Knowing what you know would you cut your losses and reappoint a new solicitor?
