A124 E320 Drive shaft boots

1994 E320 Sportline Cabriolet, 2010 BMW X5 35i
H, drive shaft boots are ’dry’ & cracking. Is the a preferred aftermarket source, febi bilstein, meyle etc? Or is genuine MB the only way to go.
Any advice appreciate.

FeBbi and Meyle can be of variable quality. In your shoes, I'd go for MB.

However, if it's not too much trouble to do the job twice, why worry?

Oh, I assume you mean Febi as in Febi Bilstein. Or do you mean Bilstein, as in shock absorbers? Bilstein quality is more reliable than Febi.
