A140 Alarm Fuse

Alarm is not stopping

My Car A140 has developed a Fault today. For some reason Key Fob stopped working. When I opened car door with mechanical key alarm goes on & on...even If I put key in ignition it does not want to stop....I have changed the batteries of Fob thinking may be batteries are dead....still no change..I cannot open car doors locks with fob .....Could you please help me...:bannana: :bannana: :bannana: :bannana: :bannana: :bannana: :bannana: :bannana: :bannana: :bannana:
 
Can anyone tell me what is the fuse number of Alarm in A140 and if Possible could you please help me in getting Fuse list as its missing in my car
 
If the alarm is faulty it's probably because the connector under the wiper scuttle has got water in it.
Remove the wiper arms and scuttle, remake the connector and it will probably work again.

It's a bit fiddly to get the alarm out.
 
Going by what you've said in your other post in the engine forum, I would say you have a faulty DAS module which controls alarm, radio central locking etc. I don't believe the alarm has a seperate fuse. You need to take it to a dealer or put it on a STAR machine.

After changing the batteries, you synchronise the fob and the alarm.
