A160 turbo diesel, any problems????

hello, my grandad has just bought one of these a 54 plate 1.7td swb with 55,000mls it drives spot on for the 20+ mls i did any known problems?
what are the servicing intervals?
Is it a timing chain engine? ohv/ohc?? many thanks bigtee..

Other than being noisy as a Bison in full voice and as long as it's a manual gearbox then it should be Ok.
One weak area is the front suspension spring cups, but not sure if this affects the diesel as they may be stronger to support the additional weight.

yes it's manual it drives ok can't see him doing any more than 4k a year tho!! Thanks for the reply..
