A205 C200 Stop/start observation after new plugs and filter….

Like many have reported on here, since getting the car in February the stop/start function has been absent most of the time, and quite random when it did work. That has all changed though since I fitted new plugs and air filter a few weeks ago.

So stop/start is now available to me (green indicator) 100% of the time

Now I know to many s/s is the spawn of the devil, but if you are missing it then a plug and air filter change could go a long way to eliminating the systems random nature, and reducing emissions breathed for the kids at the school gates

Also being very warm weather helps the little battery out a lot. Charges and hold the charge a lot better than in the cold weather.
