Just pulled in to ask about the shroud on my head light having fallen off inside the headlamp unit
Opened the bonnet examined by MB TECH
They are a sealed unit it’s gonna be a new headlamp...
Attempt to close the bonnet. Passenger side hinge fails and looks like the pre-safe has activated so trailing edge(windscreen) is sticking up by 20cm above normal
Stealership response that will be £290 please!!!!

Has anyone else had this sort of failure?
Car was stationary engine not on...
Not had any bumps etc either
