Hi everyone. I have problems with my Mercedes A35 loss of compression the car is shaking and almost unable to drive any advice from you guys ? I read one post on here about exactly this same issue but is no final solution there please help

What warranty, if any, do you have on the car? How old is the car?

Hi Colin the car is 4 years old I’m not sure about warranty I got the car on pcp

Did you buy the car new or used? Was it from a Mercedes main dealer?

I buy the car as used and it was not from Mercedes dealer

Did you get it from a private individual or a car dealer? If it was the latter and purchased fairly recently I'd be taking it back to them so they can investigate further. If it was a private sale then I think it will be down to you to sort. If that is the case then I'd be taking it to an independent Mercedes specialist to get it looked at.

If it is loss of compression, more than likely cracked valves in the head, get it diagnosed properly though!
