A35 on a track

Hi all,
I’m hoping to get my a35 out on track sometime this year (fingers crossed)

mare the stock brakes okay on a track or are people using other ones? And if so what ones does everyone reccomend?

You can tell it’s a fast one, it only has two doors. My A30 was very very slow, but it was the four door model, and did not have a rounded, which might explain it.

In 1965 or thereabouts my cousin David and his girlfriend, now wife, toured Cornwall in his a35 which was then about 7/8 years old. He loved it, his greatest boast was that throughout the entire 2week touring holiday he never once exceeded 35mph to which my reply was did you actually get there. At the time we both lived in South London a distance in miles by road of 295miles each way. It was pale blue, weren't they all?
