ABS lamp and tachometer

Hi,

Recently I was in 1 month vacation and at return my 1995 C280 battery was dead. I live in Florida and this is the first time the battery goes dead.

I started the car with jumper cables. The first time everything was OK (everything on dashboard was fine). After the second start (also with jumper cables) the
ABS light stayed On and the tachometer is dead.

I also recharged the battery twice and still have the problem.

Do you have any idea what can be? Maybe a fuse?

You've blown the fuse on the OVP relay, which is next to the battery iirc.

Need more help

Can you give me more details about the OVP? Color, exact location, maybe a picture.

I looked in the trunk behind the battery and there is only one fuse box (horn, alarm, ... no abs or tacho).

I have a 98 c240 estate and i cant find my ovp either, i`m begining to think that mine does not have one????
Please help.
