abs readout

i have a problem with my abs the light is on as soon as i turn on ignition and stays on once i start on my journey i removed all sensors and cleaned all tone rings spotless no breaks in rear rings and no teeth missing on front ones tested them with multimeter all working in continuity and if i spin the wheel i get volts so i would like to get it starred my local merc dealer charges £2 a minute as i have no other place to go up here no one else with star how long should it take to do abs readout or is there some thing i can do myself which i missed any advice welcome thanks pete PS does it need starred to get rid of abs light as i was told travel a mile or two and cars computer sorts it out

The brake light switch can cause all sorts of problems. It is prone to failure, cheap to buy and an easy DIY job.
