accident

This morning (well about 11:30) i woke to a crashing sound in front of my house. I checked outside my window and didnt think it had anything to do with me then i went back to my bed, The bell rang and i went to answer, it was my neighbour, apparently he was doing some DIY and when he extended the ladder it was too high for him to control and fell on my car now theres 5 cars in my house and the ladder happend to fall on both my lexus is200 sport and the c-class (both mine) with the fiesta (my sisters) happily unaffected in the middle .
anyway the insurance sent an assor around asap which is unsual for a saturday and he viewd the cctv and came to the decision that it was my neighbours fault, at this point i said that he should join the police and solve all the unsolved cases!
the caim would be on the neighbours house/buildings insurance

My cars were put on a trailer within the hour and i was told i would get a like for like replacement, but they only sent me one, their excuse was i could not possibly drive 2 cars at once! but after alittle persuation they offerd me 2 c-classes one is an 07 c180k and the other is a 55-c220 and on top i got £75 as fuel allowance as i had 2 full tanks in my other cars!

no begs the question, i wanted to know if i could get the front sam module from the 55 plate and add it to mine so that i could enable autofolding mirrors on pressing the close button?

now i have 4 mercs on my drive what will the neighbours think!!!!!

Well I went to a shop locally and the guy asked me if I had any left hand drive mercs at the moment, he thought I was a dealer.

bet your neighbour loves you for loading the claim I would be keeping a record of when you used it ..... to account for the money spent on 2 cars and fuel which the other insurance and finally he will be paying for ....
