If you're thinking of the MSCE any of the Microsoft Press range.
Personal recommendation: If you already have server experience and are thinking of migrating to AD (or thinking of migrating to somewhere that has AD already ) then Rob Allen's books are excellent

There are many books, depends on how you like to learn.. the Microsoft Press ones are usually good, the Dummies ones are not so good...
If you are into e-books, I have about 6Gb of them I can look through for you - however, nothing beats hands on experience - if you can get yourself setup with an old PC, install Win 2k3 server and play with AD thats the best way to learn it - look at some of the MCSE tasks, and try and perform them.
