Ad blue problem W164 ML-350

My ad blue tank is leaking from underneath. Any ideas why this would happen?

The tank looks like it is protected by a a plastic guard and there looks like a drain hole in an indentation in the plastic guard ( no plug - just a hole)

My guess is the tank above it has an issue possibly. And it is leaking done and being caught by the tank guard .

I will get it looked at but I was wondering if anyone else has ever seen this or had an issue with this.
