Adaptive high beam assist query

608 code must be related to the Eclass high beam assist. As that's what it's called under my vehicle's spec.

Mine is a really early W212. But also has the ILS with bi-xenon 621 code.

619: cornering light function.

Just looked up my spec sheet again.

LED intelligent light system comes under code: P35 on my early W212.

Slight correction: Pre-facelift W/S212's have bi-xenon ILS (P35 / 621), only facelift cars get the LED ILS (641) .

AFAIK, no pre-facelift W/S212's have LED headlamps but they do have LED tail-lamps. Stand to be corrected though.

It's on my specification list under code P35 LED ILS.

The car also has Night View assist. Unsure if this could be a factor. Code 619

So are the headlamps really LED? Or are they Bi-Xenon?

I ask because lots of VIN decoders use generic descriptions for option codes.

Sorry, I should have been more specific: Forget what the VIN decoder lists, what is physically present on the car? My guess is that the four lamps are bi-xenon headlamps (outer pair) + H7 tungsten (inner pair). The only LED lamps will be the DRL's at the front, and the tail-lamp clusters.

Side lights are LED along with the DRL, the main beam are bi-xenon.
