Adding external devices to command sat nav

I've got a 04 e320 with he command sat nav

It's the full screen version.

How can I get it to play DVDs
iPod?

Tv in motion?

Simply put a DVD in the slot in the head unit and it should play it. Ipod kit can be added, budget on about £440 fitted inc VAT. TV in motion is illegal. Whilst it can be enabled, we wouldnt do it.
