Well sorry to bump this again, but it's a massive update, and given all the help I thought it fit to let you know, got an email earlier from an adjudicator that said I have had my claim upheld, so I'll be getting my money back, and the kicker?
I sent a message to the adjudicator yesterday with the final refusal from the credit card people (they wouldn't step in until they had rejected my claim), and as luck would have it I also stumbled on the original refusal as well, so over 18 months of waiting and fighting, supplying evidence to support my case (basically doing their job for them), and when the adjudicator probably spent a matter of minutes looking at the claim before agreeing that they were\are liable.
And the reason I said it must of taken minutes to decide was due to their respective web sites with their company details displayed (by law I think they have to), and nice big yellow and red arrows pointing at the company number displayed for each site was the same, I further added screenshots from Company's House showing the results for a search of each company by name, the new name the 'sister' company which the site now displays, even though the domain is the same as the prior name, and search results of the company number, every time it came back that the 'sister' company didn't exist, and that both sites were trading under the exact same company number, something the credit card never even bothered to look at because if they did they would have to refund me, talk about a relief finally getting justice for once.
The advert for webu... is total mis selling IMHO, because as you say they certainly do not buy 'ANY' c..., all they do is give you a number of a related company to buy it instead, I might look at reporting them, as they will only buy it if they can make a profit on it, that's the way of business I know, but they should at least be more open and honest about it.
Anyway just thought I'd give you the news, and and Thanks to everyone for their input.
