Advice on wheel size needed please.

Would appreciate some help please. I have a 2010 E350 that I am spending some money on. I currently have the 18" AMG alloys fitted but can't help thinking they are a bit lost in the wheel arches. I would like to increase to 19 or 20" but having looked into this it doesn't seem quite so simple. My questions are: do I keep same dish depth? Do I need to offset, if so by how much? Will I have to consider speedo be incorrect after I change? What type profile will I need?

Ideally I would scan eBay for a set of genuine used AMG wheels for authenticity, but I'd kick myself for sweeping up a set of rims and end up with them being completely incompatible. I am hoping someone has done this before or can put my mind at rest with some educated and well informed advise.

Finally, I am new here so please go easy on me!

tyre bible has all info you need, different wheel sizes and tyres, offsets etc

You need to consider all the above.

Here is a wheel calculator, put in your current wheels and then the new ones and it will tell you the differences.

From the fitting chart and looking at my car I have these wheels / tyres.

30 section rears always look tiny!

Depends on the size of the wheel and the width surely?

325.30.15 wouldn't look that tiny!
