Aerial / Antenna replacement

Hi,
Someone has snapped off my aerial!

I thought it would be easy to replace but most of the universal ones online are screw in. Mine looks like

I was wondering if anyone knew if I could change from that to a universal one? I'm just concerned that if I spend £25 on the same thing it will just get broken off again.

Forgot to mention, it's a 98 Vito 108D with a wing aerial. Just incase that wasn't clear.

You can fit an electric antenna in that, the V280 has one standard.
